Business Hours and Cancellation Policy during the Covid-19 Pandemic

Due to childcare issues at this time I am having to work less hours. Because of this waiting times to get appointments maybe longer than usual. Please accept my apologies for this.

Please also be aware that if the ‘Bubble’ my son is in at school gets quarantined because someone in it is showing symptoms of Covid-19 I will have to quarantine him for 14 days. This will mean I will have to reschedule your appointment. He will only be in school for 3 weeks before the summer holidays start so fingers crossed this doesn’t happen.

If I get informed that someone I have come into contact with is showing signs of Covid-19 then I will have to quarantine for 14 days and will have to reschedule your appointment.

If I am showing signs or test positive for covid-19 then I will need to reschedule your appointment. I will also contact everyone I have seen over the previous 14 days to make them aware of the situation.

Due to these uncertain times I have relaxed my reschedule and cancellation policy. If you are feeling ill then you need to reschedule. You will not lose your deposit if you cancel after the 14 day period, but please let me know as early as possible so I can see if I can get someone else in to take your slot.
